Returns

All purchases made through Sherry’s Scentsational Studio are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. We encourage customers to review all product details carefully before completing their purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, Sherry’s Scentsational Studio will assist you in filing a damage claim with the shipping carrier.

To initiate a claim, you must notify us at sherry@sherrysscentsational.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item

  • Photographs of the original packaging (interior and exterior)

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once all required documentation is received, Sherry’s Scentsational Studio will submit a claim on your behalf. All claim decisions including approval, reimbursement, or denial are determined solely by the shipping carrier.

Important Information

  • Claims cannot be processed without photographic evidence.

  • All original packaging must be retained until the claim is resolved.

  • Sherry’s Scentsational Studio cannot guarantee reimbursement, as outcomes depend on the carrier’s evaluation.

  • Sherry’s Scentsational Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Refunds or claim resolutions require confirmed receipt of returned goods or proof of delivery.

  • All notifications and claim requests must be sent to: sherry@sherrysscentsational.com.

Please note: Sherry’s Scentsational Studio cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during a return shipment. For any items sent back to us for review or claim purposes, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds or claim processing cannot be issued without actual receipt of the goods or verifiable proof of return delivery.
